Workers' Compensation

One of the most important issues facing businesses in West Virginia is the cost of providing Workers' Compensation coverage to their employees.  The West Virginia Chamber has been a leader in bringing about reforms in the area of Workers' Compensation, including the landmark 2005 legislation that led to the privatization of the state Workers' Compensation program in 2008.
